SALE OF GREYMOUTH BUSINESS: NEW COMPANY FORMED
The sale of the Greymouth photography business of Inksters Ltd., which was reported yesterday, was from this company to inksters Properties Ltd., another company. It was explained today that Mr H. N. Pyne, who was named as the purchaser, was merely acting as trustee pending the formation of the new company, and acquired no interest in the business.
Both the vendor company and the purchaser company are controlled solely by Mr L. A. Inkster, who will remain the sole owner of the business. z
