(Rec. 11 a.m.) STOCKHOLM. August 29. The 17th International Red Cross conference established a supreme coordinating authority, consisting of the presidents of the three International Red Cross organisations —the standing committee of the International Red Cross Conference, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the League of Red Cross Societies. The health commission’s principal recommendation at the conference was the standardisation of all medical equipment.
