Nash), who is visiting Ottawa, said at a press conference today: “I have just completed a double taxation agreement with Canada, whereby there will be no duplication of taxation. This will be a help in investments between one country and the other.” , The charter of the International Trade Organisation negotiated at the Havana conference “will be the best foundation we have yet had for world trade,” said Mr Nash, according to the United Press. He said_the charter provided for the trading difficulties of all sorts of countries.
