ALL SEVEN DEFENDANTS SENTENCED BRITISH PRESSMAN ACCUSED (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) WARSAW, February 13. The military court at Lublin found guilty all seven defendants charged with organising contact with “underground bands and foreign quarters.” One was sentenced to death, four to imprisonment ranging from eight to 15 years and two women to five years’ imprisonment. Janusz Razmierczak, who was formerly secretary do the Sunday j Times correspondent, Derek Selby, was sentenced to eight years for “maintaining relations with Selby.” Witnesses at the trial said Selby took the salute at a march past of armed members of underground organisations and urged them to continue fighting. The prosecutor said: “I have no doubt that British public opinion will condemn Selby’s activities.”
