(Recd. 2.10 p.m.) LONDON. Feb 13. The Minister of Food, Mr. Strachey, has postponed his American visit and will not now leave until early next week. He intended to leave to-day, but instead attended the Cabinet meeting to report on. the effects of the fuel emergency on food distribution.
