MIGRATION PLAN
(Rec. 11.10 a.m.) JOHANNESBURG, Sept. 19. _ Under its new policy of speeding up immigration, the South African Government is considering the chartering of special ships and the conversion of disused military camps for reception depots. Three special immigration committees, comprising representatives of the Departments of Labour, Commerce, and Industries are leaving for Europe soon to interview prospective immigrants.
