RUGBY, August 8

A telegram from the High Commissioner for Palestine, to the Colonial Office, reports that early this morning, a Jew was shot and dangerously wounded, on the outskirts of Jerusalem.

In Tiberias, following the explosion of a bomb in the Arab market, which injured nine Arabs, one seriously, as well as stone throwing, in which a Jew was slightly hurt. A 10 p.m. curfew was imposed on the old part of the town.
