CORONATION CONTINGENT

NEW ZEALANDERS DEPART. [PER press association.] WELLINGTON, March 15. Having completed their period of training in ceremonial drill, the fifty men selected to form the New Zealand military Coronation contingent returned to Wellington from Trentham to-night, and, headed by three bands, marched to the Glasgow Wharf, where they embarked on the liner Rangitiki, which sails at daybreak to-morrow. Members of the United Services Club and friends and relatives of the men took farewell of the contingent on board the vessel. If deck space permits, the men will be given intensive physical and infantry training during the voyage, and after their arrival in England their training will continue for about three weeks.
