CORPORATION CONDEMNED. [UY CABLE —PRESS ASSX. —COPYRIGHT.] WASHINGTON. March 15. The National Labour Relations Board ruled that tho Remington Rand Corporation was engaged in wholesale violations of the Wagner Act and had resorted to ruthless methods io break the strike of Gi'too employees which began on May 26. About -lOOti workeis are still on strike. The charges included the discharge of union leaders, attempts to influence public officials and bribe union loaders. the fostering of spurious back-to-werk movements, a publicity campaign based on falsehoods, and the use of agents to commit disorder and violence.
Tiie Board ordered the reinstatement of discharged union leaders and all strikers, and instructed tho company to bargain with the union exclusively.
