ESTIMATE!? APPROVED / Estimates of receipts and expenditure for the year ending March (31, 1936, were approved by the Greymouth Borough Council, last evening. Cr. A: M. Carroll dissented, maintaining that' the finances were drifting back, and that the expenditure should be cur-’ tailed. Other councillors, however, de/ dared that the position would show an improvement of approximately £2OO at the end of the current year/ compared with the previous year.
