The “News-Chronicle” says: A man whose job will be to forecast the death of millionaires has been added to the staff of Somerset House. Every millionaire’s expectation of life will be contained in his secret archives, from which he will be able to inform the Chancellor how many are likely to die at any given period, enabling more accurate estimates of death duties.
