REVENUE SHOWS INCREASE [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, April 1. Free State revenue totals £36,539,000 for the year compared with £27,838,000 last year. This amount includes land annuities, paid under the Land Purchases Act, totalling £2.968,000, compared with none last year, and also “Exchequer deals” totalling £4,500,000, compared with £1,000,000 last year. Customs receipts reached £9,331,000, compared with £8,257,000 last year, and the expenditure totals £36,916,000, compared With £27,939,000.
