District Traffic Manager stating that trains’ for conveying horses as well as passengers would leave Inangaliua Junction for Reefton at 12.50 and 9.30 p.m, on. Officials were appointed ,to the various positions, and the Secretary was instructed to write to the Inangahua Silver Band asking them to provide a programme of music for the race , meeting?; . . . - .. - It was resolved to sell the various privileges relating to the meeting by public auction. Mr. T. Dellaca was appointed Treasurer, vice Mr. M. Fagan, whose resignation was received with extreme regret. « The President, Mr. M. Fagan referred to the fact that lie was leaving the - district, and asked that his resignation be accepted. It was decided ■ that Mr. Fagan be asked to withhold his resignation until after the annual race meeting on December 30, to which he agreed. The Committee decided to meet on the Racecourse to examine the track and decide upon any necessary improvements. It was decided that the caretaker be instructed to stop all horses using the training track whose fees are unpaid on and after December 3.
