BOXING

H. K. (HAL) JONES. Among the visitors at present on the Coast is Hal. Jones, well-known in Christchurch as a boxing instructor Jones is accompanied by his trainer, Will Walden. Yesterday Jones visited Dunollie, where he gave exhibitions in boxing. He will be in Greymouth next Wednesday and Thursday, and will be pleased to meet any local lads. Jones has had over 20 years’ experience as a teacher of boxing in schools and clubs in Great Britain, United States, and the Continent, and is now instructing private pupils and conducting classes at the Technical College, etc., and in Ashburton.
