ON SEA AND LAND. (Reuter.) TOKIO, September 11. Two launches from the flagship Nagato collided off Alokosuka and .sank. Alany were drowned. An express was derailed near Hiroshima, owing to a landslide caused by heavy rain. Nine people were killed and many wounded.
