PROPAGANDA FOR TREATY.
(Reuter.) LONDON, September 12. The General Council of the Trade Union Congress Executive Committee, and the Labour Party, are jointly circularising the affiliated Labour Party organisations in regard to the AngloRussian Treaty, calling on “every active spirit in our- ranks to let the man in the street, and woman in the home, know lire true facts of the case, and so put power and moral force behind the Labour Government to secure an overwhelming vote when Parliament is called to ratify its Russian policy. ” PEKIN LEGATION.
