REEFTON WEDDING
LAWN—McMYN.
(Our Own Correspondent.) The marriage took place on Wednesday morning at Knox Church, Eeefton of Mr. John H. Lawn, of Duller Hoad and Miss Mary Elizabeth McMyn, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. McMyn, of Crampton Road, Eeefton. The Rev. a. ... Davis was the officiating clergyman. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a t<iilored costume of mole cloth, with smart tagel hat of the same shade and carried a beautiful bouquet of spring flowers and maidenhair’ fern. She was attended by her sister, Miss Pretoria McMyn, and Miss Gladys McKenzie, niece of the bridegroom, the former wear in cr a smart grey costume and the latter cream serge. Both wore black hats and carried bouquets of spring flowers. Mr. B. Mirfin* attended the bridegroom having at one time served with him as a ‘comrade in arms. After the ceremony. the/ wedding party were entertained at the residence of the bride’s parents to a choice wedding breakfast, i where the usual toasts were duly honoured, the newly married couple leaving immediately by car for Westport. They carry with them the good wishes of the whole community for their future happiness.
