AIR. J. B. GRAHAM
Last evening the members of the Cobden Fire Brigade met to bid farewell to their life member, Air. J. B. Graham, who has received notice from the Railway Department of his transfer to Woodville on promotion.
The usual toasts having been honoured the Chairman, Capt. H. Bright, in a few well-chosen words, spoke highly of Air. Graham's assistance to the Brigade and as a token of the esteen in which he was held by the members he had much pleasure in presenting him with a tobacco wallet. Air. Graham suitably responded. ■ The singing of Auld Lang Syne, brought a very pleasant function to a close. ' ,
