A Bell organ, a real bargain, is advertised for sale. A horse-cover, lost on Omoto road, is advertised for. The Grey-Cobden Industrial Building Society will appropriate £3OO by ballot on Thursday, August 21st, at 8 p.m. at the Secretary’s office. The annual ball in aid of the funds of the Grey River Hospital will be held at Maori Creek on Friday, 15th inst. A most important notice to owners of stray cattle and horses in the Borough of Runanga will be found advertised in another column. A meeting of members is of the, newly-formed Boxing Association will be held in the Albion Hotel this evening at 8 o’clock. G. W. Moss and Co. will submit by public auction on Thursday next, at 2.15 p.m., at the residence of Mrs E. Austin, Tainui Street, the whole of her household furniture and effects. Owners at dogs in the Borough of Runanga are notified that registration fees must be paid to the Town Clerk at his office on or before Saturday, August 16th, otherwise proceedings will be taken to recover same.
