TROUBLE IN MOROCCO.

The Times comments on Germany's willingness to support France, but it is not clear what the diplomatic corps at Tangier has to do with any matter concerning France in Morocco. MOROCCO, March 26. The Moorish officials are indifferent to Mauchamps' fate. Some of the soldiers are very truculent. PARIS, March 26. France has decided to occupy Ujda until the murderers of Mauchamp arc punished, the family compensated and a sum contributed to the support of the French philanthropic work in Morocco. The Pasha and Shereef of Marrakesh (where Dr. Mauchamps was murdered) are inciting the populace against the French colony, the members of which are taking refuse in the Jewish quarter. THE MOROCCOAN TROUBLE. BERLIN Mar 26.—The Cologne Gazette's Berlin correspondent rebuts ''.he French accusations regarding Germany's intentions in Morocco and declares that if the matter were submitted to tho diplomatists at Tangier all the Powers would support the demand for the punishment of the murderers ; though it considers that Dr Mauchamp was imprudent' in hoisting a flag at his residence since flags aro only flown at the Mosques.
