ST. PETERSBURG, March 26. Vehement speeches were delivered in the Douma in favor of the suppression of summary courtsmartial and the revision of previous sentences to penal servitude. Bishop Eulogius condemned the death penalty, but asked the Douma to also condemn the acts of the Terrorists. A young man dropped a bomb in the street in Warsaw, killing a citizen and injuring himself and four others. It is believed that the bomb was intended for a colonel of the gendarmeri, who was expected to pass.
