BULGARIAK RIOTS.
[Pbess Association— -CopxßiOiiT ] BUCHAREST, March 2b. Two thousand peasants at Bacesi, near Vaslui, attacked a company of soldiers, who fired into the crowd, killing 40. A force of 4000 peasant's from Vaslui and the neighboring districts are marching on Bucharest, where a state of siege has been declared. The troops have been ordered to use shrapnel shells if the crowd do not disperse. There is much rioting and looting in other towns. Fifteen rioters were shot dead at Alexandria. A mob entered Galatz, and the troops fired on them, killing 15 and wounding many. Cantacuzene, the Roumanian Premier, has resigned. Shurdya has formed a Liberal Cabinet in the hope of quieting the country.
