FIMT EVENING SFGRITS The handicaps deglared. Under, the auspices of the Feilding Amateur Athletic Club the first evening sports meeting of the 192627 season takes place to-morrow on Kowkai Park, commencing at 0.40 p.m. The programme comprises three events and the nominations received gives the committee every encouragement.. ~ The following handicaps have been declared by Mr W. Wilton, the club haudienpper 100 yards.—A. Pears e and R, Lou. rie 5 yards, J. Rosoman 6 yards, 0. Scotney and F. Bray 9 yards, A. Hitchens and D. Salter 10 yards, N. AleLachlan and H. Haply (handicaps to be arranged). 830 yard's—o. Scotney scr., IC. Sowerhy and C. Korridge 30 yards,. T. Kelly 45 yards, J. Rosoman 50 yards, A. Hitchens 65 yards, H. Snndilaiuls 70 yards, F. Poole, G. Farmer, W. Gibsone anq F. Groom-bridge 80 yards, N., AteLachlan (handicap to be arranged). Schoolboys’ event. —In this event all competitors will be handicapped on tb e grounds.
