9000 HELD BY BULGARIA
.Rotterdam, January 18. The Rottedamsch Courant'e Balkan correspondent says that Bulgaria holds 9000 prisoners. Some Australians and Canadians consider the food allowances sufficient, but the Anglo-French complain of the meagreneis of the diet. Clothing is inadequate, and "the prisoners are depending on the Legations and charitable commissions for parcels from their home districts.
