The Times Petrograd correspondent says the Bukowina fighting is simmering down. Experts do not expect a revival on a large scale of operations. The enemy is industriously entrenching the railway to Czernowitz, and elaborately preparing a defensive, which, according to German practice, may at any moment become mi offensive.
