PERILS OF THE SEA.
A STEAMER STRANDED. AGROUND AT CAPE TERAWHITI. BUT NO LIVES LOST. FEB PBESB ASSOCIATION. Wellington, January 30. The Anchor steamer Kaikea stranded at Cape Terawhiti this evening in a thick fog. She was bound from Nelson to Wellington and carried about 80 passongers, including a number of soldiers returning on leave. All wore landed without a casualty.
