The sailors of the Baltic and Black Sea Fleets demand an improvement in their food, clothing and pay, also better treatment by the officers; to amnesty for political and religions offences, and permission to hold meetings. London, November SO. Laffan's St. Petersburg Agency reports that the loyal vessels bombarded the Otchakoff and the Kniaa Potemkin. Both are in a sinking oondition. The artillery bombarded the mnti. neers barracks. Many of the naval mutineers have been arrested. Sevastopoal is in flames. The battle wai continued on Wednesday evening.
