Sailors Demand Better Food and Pay.

The sailors of the Baltic and Black Sea Fleets demand an improvement in their food, clothing and pay, also better treatment by the officers; to amnesty for political and religions offences, and permission to hold meetings. London, November SO. Laffan's St. Petersburg Agency reports that the loyal vessels bombarded the Otchakoff and the Kniaa Potemkin. Both are in a sinking oondition. The artillery bombarded the mnti. neers barracks. Many of the naval mutineers have been arrested. Sevastopoal is in flames. The battle wai continued on Wednesday evening. Tokio, Nov. 8a The Russian warships Rotsie, Grommodia and Bozatyr have arrived at Nagasaki. Admiral Essen admits leaving Vladivostok white the disturbances were in progress. St. Petersburg, Nov 80. The Nivosti says the Council of Ministers have decided to refuse the Zemstvos's demands. There are persistent rumours that Count Witte is about to resign owing to the increasing influence of the Court reactionaries.
