PAPAKURA COURT.
TRAFFIC BREACHES. FINES IMPOSED. Operating lorries with greater loads than licensed to carry cost M. D. Moore £2 and 12s costs, Buttiinore and Millington £1 10s and 10s costs when they were prosecuted in the Papakura Court on Friday. Rait and Morris were fined 10s with 13s costs for failing to notify change of ownership of a motor-cycle. For not having tail lights, H. G. Taylor was fined 5s with 12s costs, and R. H. Morrow 10s with 10s costs. A. T. Dooley was fined £2 and 10s costs for operating a lorry without a heavy traffic licence, and F. Boyle £3 10s and 12s costs.
