AT-THE STRAND.

LISTEN! IT'S COMING!" "THE' GHOST TRAIN." There is a predominating sense of uncanny mystery throughout the spectacular and effective screen version of "The Ghost Train," screening at the Strand theatre, to-morrow and Friday. The director, Walter Forde, who has kept all the humour and thrills of the play, has succeeded in making a film which will make your fllesh creep even more so than it did when "The Ghost Train" was produced as a silent picture. The characters, including Jack HUlbert- and Cicely Co.urtneidge, are excellent, and the production has some splendid lightning and sound effects, which enlarge the ghostly and mysterious sequences that abound in this production.
