PRICES FOR DAIRY STOCK. YESTERDAY'S SALE. Messrs Alfred -Buckland and Sons, Ltd.. conducted a special dairy sale at Pukekobo yesterday. There was a moderate yarding and ,a smaller atfpndance of buyers than usual. In view of the fact that dairymen are fairly well stocked up, there was not a keen demand and competition was dull. » -. Quotations are :- Good' quality heifers at profit, £5 to £0: not quite' as good, £3 15s to £4 10s: small and backward, £2 Iris to £3 ss: cows made up to £5.
