RUSSIAN “SKYSCRAPER"
HIGHER THAN NEW, YORK’S TALLEST LONDON, January 5. Moscow radio says that Russia is resuming the construction of a “ Palace of Soviets,” which will be the world’s tallest building and 120 ft higher than the Empire State building. Construction was begun several years ago, but was interrupted by the war.
