(Rec. 8 a.m.) , NEW YORK, October 19. The Czech Foreign Minister, M. Jan iMnsaryk,' interviewed by the ‘ HeraldTribune ’ on board the Queen Elizabeth en route to the United Nations Gerieral Assembly, attributed much of the Paris Peace Conference’s “ useless oratory ” to the fact that several countries were holding elections, and the delegates were talking to their own countries. “ The results of the conference were out of proportion to its length, but I do not say nothing was achieved,” he said.
