PERSONNEL OF 1,537 (Rec. 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 14. Plans for a United Nations secretariat _ totalling 1,537 persons—four times its present size—by the end of 1946 are envisaged in a report from "the Advisory Committee of Experts. The largest department will be the conference and general services division, requiring 971 persons.
