LAST SURVIVING WITNESS ARRESTED BY BRITISH (Rec. 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 25. General Nikolaus von Below, believed to be the last surviving witness of the personal will of Hitler, was arrested at Godesberg on January 9 ; _ reports Router's correspondent at British headquarters in Germany.
