JEWS IN GERMANY AND AUSTRIA NEW YORK, December 27. Rabbi Leo Breck, on arrival from Berlin, said that only 4,000 Jews were still alive in Germany of the 200,000 there in 1939. while in Austria there were now only 3,000, compared with 150,000 before the war.
