OTAGO ROWING ASSOCIATION
A meeting of the Otago IlloAving Association Avas held on Thursday last. There AA r ere present Messrs J. Werges. T. Alackie, G. Alitchell, D. Mathieson, G. Wimsett, M. Watburn, E. V. Fairbairn, It. Baird, F. Brough, G. McDoavall, and C. Butterfield.
Correspondence was received from the North-east Harbour Boating Club advising that it intended to hold a regatta on Boxing Day and offering £25 in donations for rowing events. The programme of eight races, four fouroared races and four double-sculling races, was approved by the association. Approval was also given to a propramme of 12 races for the North End Rowing Club regatta on December 15. Air F. Brough was appointed the association’s delegate at the annual meeting of the N.Z.A.R.A.
