QUEUE SUGGESTED FOR REFRESHMENTS (Special.) WELLINGTON, June 29. The adoption of a.system to provide for more order at railway refreshment rooms in the interests of the travelling public was advocated by Mr Clyde Carr in notice of question he gave to the Minister of Railways in the House of Representatives this morning. Mr Carr asked whether the Minister would consider the desirability of instituting a queue system as a substitute for the present practice _ under which those served had great difficulty in getting out, and others in getting in, " with much sorrow and shoving, and frequently complete disappointment and loss of revenue to the department." The question also askefl for the introduction of a system of purchasing tickets beforehand on the train to overcome the difficulty and delay in obtaining change.
