LUFTWAFFE'S NEW CHIEF

The new commander-in-chief- of' the Luftwaffe, Colonel-general von Greim, is 5.1 years of age, and was formerlj chief of the German air force in Rus •sia.
'The Times' diplomatic correspondent says that for many months Goering has played little or no part in the conduct of the war or in the direction of policy. Recent information from independent sources said he had resumed drujS,taking, dressed■ up in a toca, and painted his finger nails bright red.
