(Rec. 1.5 p.m.) CANBERRA, Oct. 9He had been distressed to learn of the death of Mr Willkie, said Dr Evatt. Mr Willkie had been a good ifriend to Australia and New Zealand. He had been a man whose vision extended beyond the war into the peace. Ho had given Dr Evatt considerable assistance during Ministerial visits'to the United States.
