ARGENTINA'S FOREIGN POLICY STATEMENT BY MINISTER BUENOS, AIRES, February 28. The foreign policy of the Argentine will remain unchanged during General Farrell's regime, said the" Acting Foreign Minister, General Mason, who added that Argentina; is -adhering to a strict its .pledges garding continental security, solidarity, and defence, and is making a special effort to foster and consolidate relations with all friendly countries. The Montevideo correspondent of the Herald-Tribune says- that persons in touch with General Ramirez during the week disclosed that he wants to Tesign officially from the Presidency; thus terminating; the current situation, in which he is still President, but un- ~ able to exercise his powers; of office. General Ramirez wants to be held technically responsible. He wishes to sever completely his legal relationship with the office. He is prepared to promise to retire from all political and military activities and create no difficulties for "the'regime of Generals Farrell and Peron.
