EGYPT AND THE SOVIET Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 21. (Received August 22, at 11 a.m.) The Cairo correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says Cabinet has decided to recognise the Soviet Government. This is regarded as a prelude to Egyptian and Russian trade talks.
