COMMENCEMENT DF SERVICE GOVERNED BY SUPPLY OF MACHINES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrighi CANBERRA, October 20. (Received October 20, at 12.30 p.m.) Mr H. V. Thorby (Minister of Defence) said it was now clear that the commencement of the transtasman air mail service would be governed by the supply of necessary aircraft. The Federal Government would submit a Bill to validate the agreement for the service to the Federal Parliament before the Christmas recess. The outstanding points in the proposed agreement between the Governments of Australia, New Zealand, and Brjtain and the operating companies had been adjusted. -r-’
