The regular summoned meeting of All Nations Lodge was held on the due date, when A.I). Bro. .F. C. Smith presided over a fair attendance. D.P. Bro. Shepherd, No. 1 district, paid an official visit and P. T. Bro. Wilson (Ivanhoe Lodge) was also a welcome visitor. Considerable routine business was done, and a member from the Pride of the Oak Juvenile Lodge was initiated. The election of officers resulted: —A.D., Bro. J. Bungard; V.A., Bro. L. L. Hodge; M.C., Bro. J. H. Ferguson; 1.G., Bro. A. A. Shand; 0.G., Bro. W. Wards, juu.; A.D. B’s, Bros. J. L. Walker and Geo. Wade. The election of V.A. B’s was held over. G. representatives—P.D.P.’s Bro. H. C. Beeves and J. L. Walker; substitutes, P.G.P. Bro. C. W. Jacobson and P.T. Bro. 11. M'Alpine. Bro. C. Wilson was nominated as D.P., No. I. district. The usual loyal toasts were honoured and replied to by D.P. Bro. Shepherd and P.T. Bro. Wilson. Arch Druid Bro. Median presided over a well attended meeting of Ivanhce Lodge on Wednesday last. It being the quarterly _ meeting a fairly large amount of side pay was passed for payment. The lodge adopted the recommendation of the Vigilance Committee to assist two brothers, through the funds. One member was re-admit-ted, one proposition received, and one member transferred on clearance. The lodge supported two remits for Grand Lodge proposed by Bro. F. E. Reeves. Several members reported on committee meetings held during the fortnight, and on visits piad to sister lodges. The following members were elected to fill the various offices of the lodge for the current six months:—A.D. Bro. W. Brockie; V.A., Bro. Mountney; Treas.Bro. C. Wilson; M.C., Bro. I. Anderson; 1.6., Bro. Driver; 0.G., Bro. Neam; A.D.B.’s, Bros. H. A. Brockie, and T. Borrow; V.A.B.’s, Bros. W. Gray and Wassell; M.S., Bro. F. E. Reeves; pianist, Bro. Pellet; Grand Lodge representatives, Bros. H. Brockie and C. Wilson; Grand Lodge suubstitutes, Bros. F. E. Reeves and W. Gray. D.P. Bro. Shepherd and P.G.P. Bro. Jacobson acted as scrutineers. Welcome visitors who were duly toasted were D.P. Bro. Shepherd (No. 1 District), P.G.P. Bro. Jacobson (All Nations), and P.A. Bro. le Brun (Pride of Mornington). At the annual meeting of the Royal Arch Chapter, No. 1, R.A.D. Bro. Rainbow was greeted by a fair attendance of members. Treasurer Bro. Young intimated that there were several past arches of lodges in the Northern District who wished to receive their degrees. The secretary was 'instructed to get in touch with these lodges to arrange a visit from the chapter. The secretary urged all members to pay their contributions early, and thus assist the incoming officers to plan their activities for the forthcoming year. The following members were elected to fill the various offices for the current year: R.A.D., Bro. H. Shepherd: R.V.A., Bro. Ingle; R.A. secretary. Bro. F. E. Reeves; R.A. treasurer, Bro. D. A. Young; R.D.C.. Bro. Carr; R.1.G., Bro. R. Morrison; R.0.G., Bro. I. Anderson; 8.A.D.8.5, Bros. T. Borrow and Smaill; R.Y.A.B.s, Bros. Harbour and A. Baird ; auditors, Bros. C. Jacobson and H. Brockie. Next chapter meeting being the installation of officers, the secretary was instructed to invite the grand president and his officers to perform the ceremony.
