FORESTERS

The fortnightly meeting of Court Enterprise was held in the courtroom, Unity Chambers, on Tuesday, P.C.R. Bro. D. Mercer presiding. An invitation was deceived from Court Woodlands Pride for Monday's wind-up social. It was decided to attend officially. It was agreed to send a letter of sympathy to the 1.0.0. F. on the loss it had sustained by the death of Bro. D. M. Miller. On account of Bro. Cooper having left the district to reside at Onehunga, it was decided to declare the office vacant. P.C.R. Bro. D. Mercer was selected to fill the position for the rest of the term. P.C.R. Bro. Brcttell reported on the visits to Courts Robin Hood, St. Andrew, and Pride of Dunedin. The C.R. gave a welcome to the visitors, which was responded to hy P.C.R. Bro. .). Smith, of Court S. Andrew, and P.C.R. Bro. B. Moss, who is now court secretary for the courts at Bluff. _ It was decided to make a presentation to Bro. Miller, who has attained his 50 years’ membership.
