BRITAIN'S NEW WEAPON A VEIL DF SECRECY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 12. (Received November 13, at 10 a.m.) The newspapers are unable to penetrate the veil of secrecy surrounding Britain’s new anti-aircraft gun, which for the first time was revealed in a guarded written reply in the House of Commons to Sir Victor Warrender baldly announcing the gun’s perfection. It is understood that the military authorities are satisfied, after years of research and huge expenditure, that the gun will prove effective against air raiders.
