INCREASE IN SHIPPING PROFITS POPULARITY OF LINER QUEEN MARY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 19. The popularity of the Cunard liner Queen Mary is. one of the chief causes of the company’s loss of £61,769 in 1935 being turned into a profit of £546,659 last year. The Cunard Company emphasised the continued improvement in Atlantic passenger earnings since her maiden voyage.
