PLACEMENT SCHEME ADMIRED VICTORIAN MINISTER IMPRESSED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, April 19. The Victorian Minister of Labour (Mr E. J. Mackrell), on his return from New Zealand, expressed admiration for the Dominion’s placement scheme for dealing with unemployment. “ I think it would fib well into our scheme, and I intend to recommend its adoption to the Victorian Governraent.” . Mr Mackrell was impressed with New Zealand’s prosperity, and commented on the pride of the citizens in their property.
