The British freighter City of Glasgow, bound for Wellington and Montreal with a big cargo of Australian products for Canada, was compelled to return to Sydney to-day after eight hours at sea owing to a leak in the hull. SLIGHT REPAIRS NECESSARY. SYDNEY, April 8. A diver examined the hull of the City of Glasgow and discovered a slight leak aft, in the vicinity of the rudderpost, which will be rectified tomorrow, and the ship will sail for Wellington late in the afternoon.
