MILK COUNCIL INCREASES PRICES. In response to an appeal by the farmers the Auckland Milk Council decided to-day to increase the wholesale price of milk to lid per gallon during the winter months. The retail price of milk remains unchanged, but there will be a slight increase in the retail price of cream.—Press Association.
