NEW METHOD UNDER CONSIDERATION Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. "TOKIO, June 14. (Received June 15, at 9-10 a.m.) The Government is considering a new method of taxation, stated the Finance Minister (Mr Daba) based on a sliding scale, providing' for either minimum, medium, or wartime expenditure as the new national policy necessitated. The Government has lifted -tho ban from public meetings which had operated since the militarist outbreak in February. It is understood that raising the* state of martial law will follow.
